At The Sterling Bombay, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Each piece is crafted with care, and we ensure strict quality checks before dispatch. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, here’s how we can help:

Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only if requested within 24 hours of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

EXPOSURE TO CHLORINE/Harsh Chemicals puts the customer in position to be denied replacement.

Store Credits (After 24 Hours)
If you reach out after 24 hours of delivery, we’re happy to offer you store credit equivalent to your purchase amount.

Store credits can be used for future purchases and will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized jewellery is non-returnable and non-refundable.

Items damaged due to mishandling or wear & tear are not eligible for return or refund.

Refunds
Once a return is approved (within 24 hours), the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a return or issue store credit if the product does not meet our return conditions.
